Croom's low APR termination clause?

Read in the Bham news Sunday about croom being the first and only coach to have a termination clause in his contract due to low APR ratings. If this is true, then the easiest way to get rid of him would be to flunk a few students. The article did not go into details on how low the APR had to drop so I do not know how many players would have to fail or transfer.

Just found it interesting that Byrnes was the first AD to put this kind of clause into all his HC's contracts. No i do not want any of our players to fail. But the way things have been going, this does not look good for Stans. Sorry I made a sarcastic post. But to compare me to an Ole Miss fan thats not right.
