The only reason I started this thread was because I am hoping someone can explain to me why in the world we keep rescheduling TCR and traveling up that dang mountain to play maybe the 4th or 5th best team in Asheville??? We might as well be playing Q Foundation! or North Hendersonville! Is there no one better than TCR that we can schedule for this particular week? Is that it? Freedom has even proven they are better than TCR...We really need to change this PLEASE! Find someone else! Anyone else! we can do better! Why can't we schedule Erwin? or Asheville? or ACR? Anyone else but those Richie Rich soccer playing douche bags...I pray this is bulletin board material, because TCR needs a fire lit under their a$$ and we need competition because this conference sucks a$$

The more important question to me is this. Why doesn't Crest update the bathroom facilities on the home side of its own stadium?
Let's say we have a big game, you have three urinals and two toilets. The toilets have no doors so if one needed to "go see a man about a dog" It's just like taking a poop in prison.

Not piling on, but I've been the monkey in the middle when 3 big guys go to the urinals at the same time...shoulder to shoulder, and one guy has to turn a little sideways...and all 3 of us looked over and saw the man about the dog.

It may be all about the $.... TCR is loaded with money but they could care less about football. Be glad you don't have to play them in baseball or soccer. They are all about that.
TCR has been and always will be about the minor sports. They love baseball, soccer, tennis, cross country etc. They like to pound their chest about having won the Wachovia Cup. Well woo hoo for that. They have the $ and the $ likes the minor sports so that is where their priorities lie.
I do hope this series is discontinued for 2017 and beyond. If you are playing an Asheville school and it isn't Reynolds or Asheville then it is a waste of time.
They have not been competitive since the 2012 season and even that year was an outlier. I would love to see one of the 3-A Asheville schools pick up Crest on their schedule, but I don't think that will happen due to the possibility of meeting in the playoffs.
Burns is the same as Crest - terrible and KM I was at your place last night and having a couple of Sundrops back to back had to take care of business and let me tell ya - that was no walk in the park.
Pound them into submission. Be the most despicable fans I know you can be and don't feel bad about it. Country club crowd.

1. Newton Conover when they played Mountain Heritage in playoffs: I had a bad fried pickle or something, flew into the bubble guts went to the latrine and sure enough, no doors... Couldn't help it, had to go, or it would have been called off due to a muddy field... I swear it felt like I was in prison and everyone just standing there... So embarrassed...lol
2. 2005 we played Watauga: Stopped at the double decker wendys on the corner there had a Number two, and it prophetically came true...Spent entire first half on the pot!!!!!!

I carry four trash bags and two rolls of tape and an out of order sign with me just in case I get the mud butt. I'll tape the entrance off, put Barry White to playing on my phone and drop bombs..
Crest and Shelby love to schedule mountain schools to pad those stats. They won't schedule anywhere past Gaston county these days. In the old days they would schedule a Gaffney or a West Charlotte(when they were decent), North Meck, or Charlotte Christian. Those South Point guys might be right about getting soft.
Been there, done that my friend. One year out at TC I actually pooped in the urinal cause the toilets were all taken. I don't care if anyone is watching, I'm just that way. When you gotta go, you gotta go.
747...shelby has been in works to schedule Sc schools again,but team like Gaffney dont want too due to there power rating for playoffs....Coach Ware wants to try playing great teams...u will see next year or so

This guy...lol. Now chop...Shelby is a 2A school. Freedom and Reynolds are 3A schools. How deep of 3A playoff runs would they have to make for you to consider them not soft? Just curious.
If Crest and Shelby go to State Championships and last year both won then why does it matter who they schedule anyway?You can not dodge teams in the playoffs.
you have expressive fans who claim they can beat the best teams in different classes than theirs. I was just mentioning they never schedule them.
