I am definitely enjoying it because of some of the posts that I’ve seen on here. Actually we really wanted to beat Crest more this year. Be thankful for that win earlier this year. Your best win of the season and our worst game of the season.
KM is never our best win in any season, it’s expected. Now remember that, and let it sink in. It may take awhile but give it a shot.

Take aways from tonight....
We literally ran 3 plays all night one was a long pass to #3 and we never ran it again. The other 2 was run the QB up the middle and run the RB up the middle.
With that said we still should/could have won the ball game we needed 2 first downs after we stopped KM on 4th down late and went 3 and out.
Our clock management is hell I dont even know the word for it. Just bad!
#3 is being wasted he should touch the ball no less than 10 times a game, he got it one time on the pass and the other in the wild cat when the QB had to come out because his kid got knocked off. I'm sure if he wouldn't have had to come out that play would have been a run up the middle.

He is selling furniture in Lincolnton. He would be a good fit for Crest I believe.
All jokes from earlier aside he is a great motivator of the kids and they would play well for him and would be dangerous! Just his weight room work alone is worth a late quarter win or three ...

You sir, yes you!! You just became a friend of mine. You literally said exactly what I was thinking. I put that on my life that I thought the exact same thing. Former coach of Burns Rob Senseney called me and wanted to know how the hell the Chargers got his playbook. Told him he left it up top in the press box.
I couldn’t tell by the way Shelby fans and players celebrated after that game. Shelby celebrated like a crack head let loose in a crack house with no supervision...
I enjoyed the game tonight and it was great to see some of the poster faithful there. I was surprised at the offensive play calling of Crest all night long. The Chargers need a new OC in the worst way. The KM team did not disappoint on offense as they were the aggressor most of the evening. The KM QB made some great strong throws and Mack, Paysour and the line made their effort come true. Good luck to both teams going forward.

That is the Truth lol......the big QB has an arm and throws a good ball. It's hard to understand why they didnt open it up and spread the field .
They celebrated because everybody thought this team was going to lose to KM and end our 32 YEAR home winning streak against the mountaineers.
Does anybody else every worry about Seadog worrying about small peckers?But yes wham probably does.
KM lost 9 starters off of last years 12 and 2 team, real good HS players, 3 off the offensive line and 3 off the defensive line, the new starters had been hearing how they were being called soft especially the offensive line, they had heard how the CREST defensive line was going to dominate them all night, they took it personally and I think played their best game of the year.

You guys did play very well and Lloyd made adjustments in the 2nd half that were very effective the tempo change was huge.
But before our defense had been on the field the entire game and was gassed because the offense couldnt get a first down, our D-line was whipping your O-line and was in the backfield the whole time.
Plus we had 2 starting D-linemen go down with injuries.
KM dominated the 4th quarter when it mattered most however.
I too became a Crest fan last night! cant believe the uproar over that. it was a very funny play on words!
I agree 100% but I cant help but think the fact that the Crest offense couldnt get a first down causing the Crest defense to spend the entire 2nd half on the field played a huge factor in the KM dominance in the 4th quarter. Same story as the Crest Weddington game those games were alot alike.
But its is what it is we have what we have, we will deal with it and cheer hard in the playoffs. We will most likely be on the road we travel well so maybe we can upset someone.
Wonder of anyone would have cared if a team had a banner that said Obama on it?
Or if the banner would have been bashing Trump no one would have said a word!
