Tim was it game but are you telling me the head athletic trainer was 50 feet away and nobody got him? Did this trainer sleep in the next day? Did he not check on the kid when he woke up?

As long as he is doing a good job training the football players, what difference does it make what he does with his time off?

Besides, he had no obligation to help someone not on the football team.

And his suggestion to delete messages doesn't mean he knew what happened to Piazza. It just means that "boys were being boys" and the trainer knew that computer messages could be misunderstood by people outside the ped state cult. Therefore, it is best to destroy them. I mean, look how people misunderstood all those emails about Sanduskey and what Coach wanted. If only all messages at Ped state could have been destroyed before any outsiders could misconstrue them

Bream should be fired for sheer stupidity of a grown man living in a frat house. If he was an live in advisor why wasn't he supervising the social and event? I hope they fire him and move on.

I've always had a few issues with Penn State, even aside from the obvious Sandusky one. Namely, it annoyed me how they swept disciplinary issues (including felonies) under the rug, and allowed the vice-president in charge of discipline to be overruled and eventually bullied off the campus by Paterno.

But I don't think anything about this fraternity hazing incident, as sad and disgusting as it is, as rising to a level of institutional failure. It probably could have happened at any school.

There have been other deaths over the years due to frat hazing and excessive alcohol at many colleges. This one is worse because the frat brothers knew that he fell and would have prevented his death with a call to 911 but instead they watched him fall again and again and they punched him for not waking up. Now, we learn that this football trainer advised the frat brothers to destroy evidence. It is really pathetic and criminal behavior far beyond the initial hazing, which was bad enough

Let's see a frat murder and coverup w a Pen St athletic director involved,plus decades of on campus, heck in locker rooms and at Bowl games PEDOPHILIA, covered up by the Head Coach, President and AD.

Those little things compared to a one time incident of domestic violence where both were drunk.

That's why on every other college campus in the country your school will always be referred to as:

PED STATE. U R PED ST,

The Death Penalty would have been too good for the scum of a culture your school has.
