We don't have a single defensive lineman who has gone consecutive years with the same position coach- coordinator- system. I'd say all things considered, they're doing pretty damn good!

It sounds like a good excuse, but I don't want to buy into that too much. Is there another program with similar turnover we can compare to?

Appears to me across all the coaches they've been told to play patty cake with opposing OL. Not a lot of change.

I thought it was going to be the stat regarding Bruce Bochy before last night... manager from 1995-2019, and his career record as a manager before last night was 1995-2019.

That’s a crazy factoid.

Coaching turnover is a quick way to kill development. There was a lot wrong in the program for a long time. It’s not a quick fix. Never was. They need consistent training, coaching, leadership and mentors. Sorry if that doesn’t fit the time table of our fans that can’t understand why they could turn around their PlayStation Nebraska team in one offseason. Or why Nebraska can’t convince kids to come here instead of Clemson, Alabama or Ohio state.

Defensive line is not a spot where I think the coaching turnover is that big of a deal. It's only a bad deal if you hire a dud and I don't think Frost did. Out D line is pretty darned good this year.

Maybe true, but if you are having to learn 4 different techniques and if you fall back to one that doesn't work in the current system you are going to have trouble.
