here is another fact... Keenum is highly pissed that Mullens name floats every December for new jobs and didn't approve a raise for him last offseason because of this. He also turned down raises for Hevesy and Gonzalez.

Mullen misses a bowl.... And I would not be even slightly surprised if they pull a Ray-to-Howland maneuver... As in, have a had sake agreement on the next coach before firing the current. If Mullen is lethargic as I believe he is, then I'd approve of this about ten minutes after the Egg Bowl. No need to let Mullen dig the hole deeper like we did Jackie.

A) That's been said and not honored many times over.

B) Maybe Keenum knows Mullen's heart and so when he cans his *** he can just say "well you obviously don't wanna be here..."

Yep. Does he want a better job? He has to win his way there. And his performance since the last few games of the 2014 season isn't going to let him do that. He is going to have do better on the field.

The smirk didn't upset me as much as the lost, disengaged look he had during all of the second half. He looked like he truly did not want to be there.

I get it, but I've also seen Dan go Full Metal Jacket on enough defensive coordinators that it would be refreshing to see him do it introspectively. Facial expressions aside, I got nothing from him that took responsibility for that atrocity on Saturday. Bear Bryant would throw himself in front of that bus to get his team back behind him. Not Dan Mullen though, no sir.

Mullen is complacent. The passion he once had is no longer there. He's no longer hungry, nor aggressive.

Thus, his team plays complacent, with no passion, or hunger, or aggressiveness.

I honestly can't think of a worse TV personality than Dan Mullen (check that....Hevesy is probably worse). A large portion of our own fan base doesn't even like his arrogant, yankee ***. Prayers sent to the network that feels like it would be a good idea to make their viewing audience suffer through listening to him while trying to enjoy a football game.
