Appears one of Obama's advisers is quitting. Could Doc be officially leaving to work on his campaign with hopes of being a cabinet member? I'm just asking. Not suggesting anything.

He doesent need the money, because he is on so many boards (Massey Energy, Baker Energy, etc) and plus his retirement from the AF...I could easily see him doing that, in order to get back to DC

the pieces fit the puzzle.

1. Doc supports Obama and has been rumored to be a possible adviser/cabinet member if he's elected.

2. Obama is campaigning in the state

3. Obama's foreign policy advisor resigns, which fits Doc's military background

4. Obama looks to be the democrat nominee

5. With all the flower BS, Doc probably thinks he'd rather be back in DC

6. Resigning because the faculty is fed up with him doesn't sound like his persona. This does.
