Two observations:
1: very tough for a freshman qb to play at this level. We better temper our DR expectations. Hopefully DR is better than this OSU kid, but OSU recruits very well and he looks lost
2: very rare to watch someone playing OSU to be more unlikable than OSU…mizzou is making it look easy. Can they just shut up and play?

This Urban won a NC with a3rd stringer. They can’t even get a first down hardly. I have relatives that are Buckeyes I know their mindset. I am calling it nowOSU will have a coaching search next January.OSU fans missing McCord yet?
well, i take it back. i have watched ioway, illinois and the others too much. i just thought ohio would be different tonight. still, down to third qb matters.
Counterpoints:
1. Raiola is a higher rated prospect
2. Unexpected mid-game entry is not the same as planned starter for game prep
3. Expectations have been tempered for years now.
They do have a ton of talent every year. Interesting how this QB situation and next season looks.
Their offense sputtering today probably doesn't matter much, but with the QB's they have on hand and Harrison gone next year could be interesting.
dR will be more than fine. Hell. I still think Amarts best year was his true freshman year
it reminds me of the Alabama/LSU games from the late 2000s/early 2010s

Full strength is a thing of the past with the paradigm shift over the last few years. Hypotheticals are weightless.
Day's buyout is astronomical. But if he loses for a 4th time in a row to Michigan, I could see him taking a lower pressure NFL head coaching job.
Only one problem with this...that would require an NFL team actually wanting to hire him as a head coach.
If they are reaching out to Ferentz I have no doubt Day is getting calls. Looooooool
