Holy crap is everything not as expensive as hell these days? The tab for going out to eat is damn near twice what it was a year ago, and gas is kicking my ***. Damn near $80 for a fill up. I don’t get the extra, free Monopoly money for 17’ing from the comrades. Here’s a big F U to our government, both sides.

About as expensive to eat at home. Dang groceries have gone way up. Getting worse too. I thought it was post hurricane crap down here in Louisiana but went back to see my parents last weekend and went by a few grocery stores to look for meats for smoking, everything is at least double what it was last year

It was obvious to me then what was coming. Hell I was even clamoring for higher taxes. We need to find a way to take money out of the system. There's more money and less productivity. That's inflation, which as Milton says:

So. Would you rather pay taxes to the IRS or to the Quarter pounder man... Either way you'll pay all of that stimmy back to somebody.

My personal choice would be to raise taxes solely to the point we balance the budget and cap spending at current levels. But dipshits that don't understand economics vote for dipshits that either say cut taxes and only spend more on the military and dipshits that say raise taxes and spend more on everything but the military.
