I underestimated Murphy last week, thinking the speed would get to them. A few plays slipped by in the first quarter, and then they completely locked in. I really like this team—tough, hard-nosed football. Tonight should look a lot like last week. Murphy by a lot!

What a difference a week makes… Corvian kicker automatic at EW… on Everything!! I guess the temperature makes a difference… just missed a 45 yarder to get them within 6 points …

Credit to Corvian, they made some adjustments and honestly outplayed Murphy most of the 2nd half. They were a well coached football team and didn't fold under the pressure when Murphy went up by a couple of scores. I do feel like Murphy's playcalling went too vanilla in the 2nd half and they were hurt by some untimely penalties but quite honestly Murphy should've been up a lot more than two scores going into halftime in my opinion, which probably would've changed the whole complexion of the game. A tell of two halves but in the end the better football team won tonight.

Agree on everything, and that freshman QB for Corvian is a beast! The sky is the limit for that kid! I was impressed with Corvian. Great team and carried themselves with class.

Nice to see #8 get some reps on defense, just wish it would've been under better circumstances. Here's hoping #9 and #55 are close to 100% next week, same for #71.

Yeah I was very proud of him! He did some nice things out there, though he did miss that one tackle in the 4th qtr. But he will learn from it and get better. I talked to 55 after the game. He said he will be fine. From what I heard 9 will be ok too. Heard he just got poked in the eye in the first half. I think we will be fine health wise next week.
