I mentioned this in another thread, but it’s very strange that UK is giving 2 million more dollars than they are contractually obligated to give. With a “budget crunch” that’s very strange

The things you mention that appear "strange" are so only because you're missing information that would otherwise explain it perfectly. Of course, the "information" will forever be buried. Again, just my opinion. When "things" don't make sense, it's usually because information is being withheld.

I’ve been saying every word of that for around 6-7 years now. Almost no one believed me.
Im pretty sure it goes even deeper than that. Look at the SEC the last 3 years. If a team sitting on the bubble needs a win they can upset the best team instantly. Everyone has a semi even record. Everything is for money. I have tuned out 50% this year. Soon I won’t even know UK is playing and that’s fine by me. I miss it, but what’s the point if it isn’t real. The officials can’t be that bad. Games are held close for excitement and teams are gifted calls on who can get in and what the fan engagement is. We are watching the WWE.

I've said this for years as well. Only I believe the refs are 100% in control of the deciding margin of victory. Everyone has a boss and they are just doing what the hey are told. Unless you are blind there's no way you can watch these games and not see corruption. The day we beat UT every single game that day was a come back. Whoever was covering at the half , folded in the 2nd half and the other team covered. That's impossible to have happen out of chance

Whether it be gambling or the league controlling it. There is just too much smoke. Not all games, but some are manipulated. There is zero way officials one night allow teams to beat each other to death and allow. “Physical “ play. Then, the same crew , next night calls 70 fouls in a game. How a game is called is based on who they want to have the advantage. Who determines that is the question.
Then there are the phantom calls as well.
