So you'd think the weekend transfer visitors would have an urgency to commit somewhere ASAP given schools are starting their second semesters. Transfers really can't drag their decisions out much longer.
Could have done the paperwork but wants the public fanfare later

Coaches "I don't read papers or listen to sports talk shows or watch TV, I don't have time for that"

Also coaches "I know everything that every other coach/team is doing at all times"

Nebraska football head coach Matt Rhule was in St. Louis, Missouri on Thursday afternoon, trying to find more recruits for the 2024 class. Rivals.com’s Greg Smith reported that Rhule was likely going to visit 2024 five-star wide receiver Ryan Wingo.

Wingo is the third overall wide receiver in the 2024 class, and the top player in his class from the state of Missouri per the 247Sports Composite Rankings. He currently has 38 offers on the table, including from the likes of Miami, Notre Dame, Oregon, Tennessee, Colorado, TCU, and Texas.

Ryan eliminated Neb. from consideration when Mickey got let go. He has been respectful to Coach Rhule for him devoting his time but won't be attending Nebraska. He'll end up at ND or the SEC. Ryan's too far into the process at this pt. Hope that helps ya.
