Only 1 stream and 50 hrs cloud storage for $65 is not that good at all. Then they "recommend" buying 1 extra stream per person in household so everyone can watch what they want for $5 extra per month so now you're up to $80/mo for family of 4. Then there's the add on packages they offer for $15-$20 more/ month. Then add the taxes, government fees, sports fees, network fees, etc. That's not cord cutting, that's a cable company calling itself a streaming service.

Too expensive compared to competitors and it requires you have their fiber internet, which isn't widely available.

Hilarious. Isn't the whole point of cord cutting to trim the fat of cable packages, not to deliver the same crappy load of channels for the same crappy price?

I know CSpire has been wreckless in one Madison neighborhood where they are installing fiber. They've cut every type of line under the surface.

That's funny. My neighborhood was the first in MS to get Cspire. Nobody knew they were about to turn the neighborhood into a mud pit for a month.

Yeah. This is a replacement for cable with a steaming bonus. More channels than the streaming services like cable & also higher cost like cable.

Just got in my neighborhood and thinking of switching.

Cut at&t uverse cable and went with hi-speed internet only...

for $60 a month unlimited data, switched to SlingTV Orange with sports extra package for $5 a month with all ESPN networks, $29.95. $10 a month for netflix for total savings of $150 a month. U-verse had got to around $250. Stream thru laptop and HDMI cord, no real complaints.

Just got in my neighborhood and thinking of switching.

internet is awesome. 800 Mbps download and 950 Mbps upload. I think they allocate some of the download bandwidth for TV. Ours hasn't gone out in the year and a half we've had it. The TV is still evolving. I don't watch it a lot, but wife and kids do. Wife hates it and wants to go back to DirecTV. She just hates the menu'ing and DVR. The Amino IP TV box they use is sort of buggy. The new TV service through an Apple TV, fire stick, or Roku app should solve the bugginess, but there are some features that you'll sacrifice.

The only advantage that someone else pointed out is you don't have to rent a box for any tv. For someone that has 3-4 boxes - that's $30/month.
