He is allowed to have a gun especially in his own home. Also there was no domestic violence going on. More excuses for a cop killing a man

No, the man was in the process of setting the gun down after opening the door and seeing it was police (they were hiding from him being able to see them from his peep hole). He was never going to shoot those policemen and was not aiming at the police in any way.
I'm not here for attention I'm here for conversation, possibly even some intelligent debate.

As I said before, I think it’s unfortunate, but the family will be compensated for the loss of life. I don’t see anything criminal in the video on the part of the police. As I said, from the shooter’s perspective, he see’s the door open quickly, the suspect charge out the door, his partner reaching for his gun and saying “gun gun”, and then the shots being fired. The guy’s mind likely was already sending the command to pull the trigger when the the suspect started to comply.

The cop may end up being fired, but i doubt he’s indicted.
