Contacts from outlook to IPhone

Want to pull all of my contacts which are saved to me outlook profile (work) and save them to the iPhone or iCloud. I know how to export to the .csv file but how do I get them out of that excel file?

simple...tell them to get the hell out of that excel file...it looks a lot like this.....
