Construction projects, repairs etc. Now's a good time

For anybody who has been thinking about putting on a deck, building an addition, replacing some plumbing etc. NOW IS A GREAT TIME to git-er-done. I had a few odd repairs to do on one of my farm places and found a custom home builder who has pulled in the reins on building spec homes that was willing to take jobs I haven't been able to get anybody to take for 2 years. I also got a plumber (I know hard to believe) to come out and stick a shower in another house so I can finish the walk out level. Via a phone call I was able to hire a plumber in SOUTHERN MISSOURI to do some plumbing work that same day for my older sister. NOW is the time boys to get some of those projects done you've been putting off. Do your part to help the economy.

Got my shop all cleaned up and I’ll add buying some new tools I built a welding table. Bought fertilizer and lime for my lawn along with a new tow behind spreader. Been doing maintenance on my old metal roof buildings. Doing what I can

I've been selling on ebay... doing pretty well actually. Some long term potential there... maybe a full time business. Would be nice to be able to ditch and go see my kid do his things.
