Wasnt there, watched online. MA was clearly the more talented team, no disputing that but officiating aside there was a clear lack of discipline with the MA group that factored in as well. My biggest gripe though is you said MA would have beat Tarboro. No, they would've lost just like the last time they played Tarboro. Tarboro the advantage in the athlete and coaching depart.

I understand. Yes I agree with you. They were mentally out of it. I agree that the coaching from Tarboro would give them an advantage. As far as beating Tarboro, that's just my opinion. I know that it would have been a close game and could've gone either way. I was moreso thinking on potential, and with better coaching from MA.

This wasn’t even close to the normal Tarboro football team. They weren’t as big, strong, or fast as the teams in the past. But they go to Tarboro and they’re winners. The coaches prepare them for every game and they’re always in a great spot to win. All of this shoulda coulda woulda, but the facts are, Mitchell was the best team to come out of the west, because they earned it. They just ran into a team that everyone hates seeing, and that’s Tarboro. Tarboro will be winners for years to come, so buckle up and enjoy the ride. Congratulations to Mitchell on a great season and a great run to end the year, much respect. GO VIKINGS!

These kids will remember this game for the rest of their lives both good and bad. Since not everyone can make it, I hope some of these kids on both teams will make it into the NFL.
