And moments like that makes it even better when we destroy them next year at home and is why rivalries exist. It’s not for the fan bases to be nice to each other but to piss each other off so that winning against them feels much better.

Trash talking while keeping it clean is all good.
F-bombing, threatening bodily harm, spitting or throwing stuff at opposing fans is always unacceptable
Alright and I agree that’s not cool but there’s fans 30yrs and older here that act the same exact way lol. They’re trashy, but some of our fans are just as trashy.
Of course you’re right on this one. Spitting no matter how old against an opposing fan is not acceptable at all.

Was at the urinal and I'm the only RU guy there...bathroom is full. No students in there. Just guys in their 30s and 40s.
Now granted, I'm a pretty big dude. So I'm not looking like I'm going to take any nonsense, but also not start any trouble.
These guys keep talking alotta junk about our players etc. Then they start saying " oh I gotta take a big RUTGERS right now" " yeah a big stinky RUTGERS...RUTGERS is f'n ****" blah blah. Its juvenile....it was more frequent and worse than just tbis... But it was enough that I was about to say something until a guy in a neutral shirt started joking about Syracuse bathrooms to break the ice.
Figured he was a hall fan. Later in the game he was next to me rooting for Rutgers. And he was an RU fan.
I've legit never heard that type of baiting at any other game. And I'm an avid pro football, pro hockey, and college football/basketball fan. But sports ar sports and maybe im just in a bad mood lol.

We like to tout about our tall back court players and overall 5th average tallest team in NCAA, but tonight we couldn’t contain the smallest player on the court, Aiken. Seems like every team we play has 1 or more consistent shooters including the 2nd level out of conference teams. We can’t seem to find one who can shoot consistently and play defense.

Hate SHU, but that's a good team we just played. Not happy with the loss, but I liked that we didn't just fold when down 14-16 a few times and cut the lead to 6 with the ball a few times in the last 4-8 minutes, but every time we did that, they made a good play or two and we didn't.
Went to the RU Alumni event with a couple of friends, which was well run in the Yuengling Grill Club area. Standard finger foods were decent and had a few beers, which was nice. Seats sucked compared to row 2 in 102, lol. Got to chat briefly with Jeff Towers and Pat Hobbs and ran into Rick Dadika again (posted about meeting him while at PARX on Friday). Also got to say hi to @PiscatawayMike and his brother.

Of course and with rivalry games comes a bunch of curse words back and forth. Especially in the bathrooms. I got a ton of **** tonight in the bathrooms and leaving the stadium I’m sure all of us Rutgers fans did. But I’ll tell you next year when they come to the RAC there will be seton hall fans in our bathrooms getting the same words thrown at them. I’ve seen it every time they come to our place lol.

That is truly disgusting. . As an SHU alumnus, I can only say that this is the sad state of American society , but that is no excuse for such despicable behavior.
