As an avid Brunswick fan, we NEVER want to lose to Greensville. However, the overtime game yesterday gave the advantage to the Eagles and I congratulate them. They will represent us well. I plan to attend the game tomorrow to cheer for the Eagles (but wearing my Brunswick jacket!!!). I am praying that the ridiculous scheduling in 2A East will not be a major factor in the state games: three long-trip games in three days.
And these two teams should be better next year! Go Bulldogs (and yes, Go Eagles just for this week).
