We'd have no interest in coming back to the big 12. Big 8 however, that'd be great.
Yeah, I know. The Big 12 misses us, and we miss our old games and rivalries, but the Big Ten has so much more money and parity (meaning, no Texas trying to tell everyone what to do.) Plus, academically, it's much better. It's also a hell of a conference to be in right now. So, rough as its been for us to get good in it, I am still glad we're here.
I do miss our Power Towel friends from time-to-time.
Yeah there is zero chance we go to the Big 12. However, I don't see realignment being over any time soon. So that doesn't mean we couldn't end up in a conference with some old Big12 foes.

We are all aware how desperately the Big 12 wants Nebraska back. However, the Big 12 needs Nebraska more than Nebraska needs the Big 12.

If Texas or OU leaves, that conference is done. You guys don't have to create a voting block on anything anymore.
KSU sided with the Texas favored conference changes. So...like it hasn't changed at all. There is just no more north division point of view or at least a Nebraska point of view.

much rather play kst than minnesota...how good would that first win have felt against the purple kitties...even Callys last home game felt great putting up 700 yards...just because of the opponent. The big 10 offers us none of that...
