I was surprised how easily we scored in the second half. Edwards is a fantastic player, but I was shocked how easily our guards got by him.

Thanks brother. I also think the way they got so excited at the half made a difference in our attitude. Saying that, you guys have a really good team and if Crean can take control and turn them into a TEAM, instead of just Edwards and everyone else, and they learn how to play defense as a team, they’ll be hard to beat by the end of the year.

Crean is used to taking three years to develop kids into good defensive players though, but maybe he will speed that up this year, he sure has the talent there! Best of luck to you the rest of the way.

The best thing about tonight is Both teams can learn a lot about themselves from this game film and can use it to get better.

This Georgia team has talent, but I agree you've pinpointed the team's biggest issue. You've got the one big guy in Hammonds and he's pretty good, but after that you just don't have the big bodies.

By the way, big win at Memphis! I was cheering for our fellow SEC team in that one. You guys will make the Dance this season and will go as far as Edwards can carry the team.

Edwards is a phenom . By far the best player Crean is likely to land , but he doesn't have much to go with him. The PG is way under sized , not many good scorers in the paint. But man does Edwards have huge elevation on that jumper . He can get a pretty clean look at any moment he wants . And he needs to GROW UP and not run his mouth .
