Rivalry road game. Super Bowl for Red Chickens.

Probably fine but they have a bit more than a puncher's chance.

Rivalry games are hard to predict. I think UK is more talented and seems to have found its defense, and rebounding has been solid all season, so I like UK's chances. We have Washington and Travis to steady the young guys in what will be the first real hostile environment we've faced. And though this will be our first true road game, we have played away from home enough to know what to expect and what it will take to win. So, if we play defense and rebound like we did against UNC, I like our chances.

I think we'll win, but this is one where we're fresh off a big win, we're on their court and could be a trap game. We've had multiple games where guys have had a hard time getting started/staying engaged. First real road game, that could be an issue.

I think we'll win by 5-6, but won't be surprised either way unless they just blow us out

I think a big key is PJ being PJ for all 40. I know Travis will show up. We just need the big 3 of PJ, Travis and KJ to do what they do and Hagans continue to show improvement. That should be enough to win, but would be nice to see Herro, Nick or EJ emerge with a big game too.

In the final analysis, UK wins this game for the same reason we beat UNC. I haven't heard much discussion of it, but UNC was one of the better rebounding teams in America and we outrebounded them by 11. UL simply doesn't have a good enough front court to hang in today's game for 2 halves. There may be a competitive 1st half because we are playing in their arena. But quality wins out in the end, and UL has no answer for Reid Travis. UK by double digits.

90%. The 10% lack of confidence is solely related to referees. I don't care how awesome ESPN thinks Mack is - UL is still stinking from their scandal(s) and there is no damned way Kentucky and Calipari are losing to them this soon after that debacle.

Cats by 12-15 pts. Mark it.

Cats held easily and took it by 13. Not bad.

I started the poll because I really couldn't see us losing this game. Hard to believe some voted less than 50% so I added an option we lose and actually had 3 people pick that. I really hope it's not KY fans. If it is their not really KY fans. I hope the negative Nancy's can change their stripes for the new year. All the talk of we would go 0-2 in these 2 games and Herro sucked and this team would be lucky to make the tourney, coach Cal needed to move on, etc.. Time to eat crow people.

Us sunshine pumpers don't just blindly love our cats. If you couldn't see this team starting to get it a few weeks ago i'm not sure what you were watching. Proud of my cats and most of our fan base for seeing what this team could and would be. This team is heading towards a chance at being special. PJ, KJ and Travis are showing up each night and now Ashton is leading us at PG and playing amazing D. Herro showed up again and had his best game going 10-13. That's five. We get a couple of the other guys to start giving us good games every night and look out. I think EJ is next up. Baker just needs some time to acclimate. He will be fine.

This team is coming together. Negative Nancy's you will have to find something new to ***** about because these cats have turned the corner. Still along way to go, but miles and miles away from game 1.

I won't lie. I picked 50 percent because I felt the game was a pick-em.

I thought with the road environment we'd face a tough test that was a true toss up. Glad to be wrong. UK controlled the final 35 minutes of the game and were the better team all day.

I get it. Imagine we beat them that bad and PJ only took 3 shots, 2 of 3. We need PJ to shoot more going forward. The passing is great, but we need him in there banging shots in and stepping out and attempting a few 3's each game. When you look at the box score besides Herro a lot of guys left a lot on the table. Also funny fact we shot 11 FT to their 19 for the entire game so no crying tards!
