Sam Houston is the defending FCS champ. Jacksonville State has won 6 of the last 7 OVC titles. Liberty is 17-3 in FBS over the last two years. New Mexico State is less than 45 minutes from El Paso.

I imagine C-USA will likely continue their Thursday - Saturday (as well as occasional Sunday) basketball conference games and schedule schools to play at the Aggies and Miners on the same weekend.
