As of today, tough to differentiate among Big Ten,Big East and Big 12. Might have to give the nod to Big 12 on the supreme strength of Baylor and Kansas. Some garbage at the bottom. Big East has real strength in Xavier and Seton Hall, with Nova, Providence and UConn not far behind. The Big Ten power seems to reside in Purdue,Illinois and Michigan State, all Sweet 16 level teams. I go with:

Big 12

I think it’s clear that the top 3 leagues are the B10, B12 and BE. The SEC is right there as well. The ACC is way down this year but does have a title contender in Duke. same with the PAC12, which has Zona and UCLA, Of the top leagues, each has a title contender except the BE. I think the BE has a ton of depth, and you’ll have no team separate itself from the pack to earn a 2 seed or higher. Not a team that is a realistic title contender, in my opinion.
