SP ... lost their 4 year starter at QB... will take a few lumps early
Ashbrook....back to normal
Cramer.... only have to beat Burns,Shelby,Linc....about the same as last year
Easy Gaston.... DUMPSTER FIRE

To be fair any of those 4 could win the conference this year. And there could very well be 2 state champs outta that group or at least Western Regional Champs.

I really hope you are right about East Gaston. I would love to see them have a team that is very competitive. I just don’t see it. Hope I am wrong.

East Gaston is an old favorite. I’d like to see them have a good season.
For Lincolnton, having conference opponents Cramer, Shelby or Burns is a pick your poison for us. You’ve heard the term on any given night.

Last season, we were undefeated in conference play then we went to Cramer. How I remember the ride back and the drone of the interstate. Then came Shelby (the second time). Anyway, here’s to tough regular season games. May they get us well prepped for the playoffs.

You guys will be strong, and I am also fully aware how strong Burns and Shelby will be too. The schedule maker has us playing you 3 in a 4 week span which is tough but the rest of our schedule is not very tough at all, so we need it. We do scrimmage KM this year so I think that will help us. I fully expect to play Burns twice this year just like I am sure you guys expect to play Shelby twice. It will be fun this year and if any of us 4 go undefeated in conference it will be well deserved.
