Where is Conference 38 tournament being held?

James River, we are hosting the regional tournament as well.

A lot shorter drive for you guys and they do have a nice gym also, was just there for the first time last week. Our concessions are better though lol. My understanding is they rotate it every year as long as the school has enough seating and they agree to host it when it's their turn. If they decline it goes to the next school in line. I think the last time we hosted was in 2011. Been a while from what I remember.

James River hosted Conf 38 tournament back in 2015. I do agree, the concessions are much better at James River.

Thanks for pointing that out, I was not aware or didn't remember it. Of course by the end of that season I was ready to get out of that gym for a while..................still some hope left for this season, though not much.

I guess, I'm safe to assume that Martinsville has a #1 seed for Conf 38.

My understanding is Martinsville #1 vs Giles/Floyd play in game winner and #3JR/Glenvar#2 round 3 for semifinals. That's the last I heard.

Games was suppose to be at Averett University but they wanted to charge too much to use the gym

I knew it was suppose to be Conf. 37 turn to host. I figured Averett would be the place to hold it had but it doesn't surprise me that they wanted to much. It's a shame because Averett would have been a great place to hold it at.
