I don't know how many decimals they use but Buckingham is done at 3.5. By my calculations, if Appomattox wins its last two games against Nelson and Chatham, they would also have a 3.5. But if you do it with two decimals, I have Buckingham at 3.54 and Appomattox would be 3.53.
