So my daughter is finally done hearing back from every school she applied to and I found the differences in college acceptance packages they send out interesting. So here is what each school sent
UNC- Some stickers, fridge magnets, a pennant to go on the wall I believe, and some other cool little trinkets along with a nice book explaining what to do next. There was probably other stuff but it’s been a while since that one came
Pitt- Nothing other than the acceptance letter. No swag at all.
UGA- A nice packet with info and next steps and some UGA socks. She thought those were cool.
Tennessee - A box with stickers, a flag, a card that when you openit that it plays Rocky Top. I thought that was pretty cool. Definitely some imagination.
NCST- Some rubber band bracelets , some paper selfie frame with the gay hand puppet thing on it. And some balloons to blow up for a party. Oh, and lots of talk about running with the pack. Yuck.
Auburn - Socks, stickers, and a fridge magnet.
Campbell- nothing other than a letter
Liberty - A letter and some decals
Florida - Can’t remember honestly. She liked it though.
Clemson - Stickers, and I know some other stuff but I don’t remember.
The SEC does a nice job with this type of stuff honestly.
Congrats to everyone who now has the closure of knowing where your child is going. To those still working through the process, bless you.
