Cam's evolution is what turns this team into the title favorite IMO. He may not score much early but will continue to play really hard defensively.

If Duke is struggling...he wants every shot and the team responds to it. Considering he's the best chance for this group to put up points quickly it couldn't work out better

Has it been mentioned anywhere that instead of it being RJ taking the last drive to the basket, it was Cam? That wouldn't have happened even 2 weeks ago. And with Cam, you have a cool head on the foul line in the last few seconds.

Duke is even scarier now with 3 heads instead of 2.

So glad to see Cam coming into his own. We all know Zion & RJ will be themselves, and if Cam can sustain his progress (think he is still improving), there will be no stopping these kids. He seems to be getting more relaxed with his shot and wants to be in "the moment". And also, I still think Tre will be a better shooter by Tourney time! Smelling #6!

Interesting observation. Now that you mention it, he does seem more comfortable 2-3 feet behind the line than he does right on the line.

Completely agree, i noticed this a few games back and brought it up during the podcast. It’s better the further out he is.

At the beginning of the UL game he had two great drives and then the drive to end the game. He actually started to look like the Paul George comp in that game.

One article stated that Jack was the loudest guy cheering on the bench. Also stated that he let out a scream during one of the timeouts towards the end. Our captain is still working for our team even if his game is off.

At the beginning of the season I thought RJ would be our Jordan/Kobe type closer but Cam has completely changed my mind. I want the ball in his hands. Cold blooded.

RJ is still the alpha this team lacked last year and can make shots as well. It’s just good to have a second option. Think FSU game. The defense just knew RJ was getting the ball in the last minute and K went with Cam. Now, that means the defense has to account for one other clutch shooter instead of collapsing on RJ.

You just know K loves having these toys to play with. He can get as creative as he wants on both offense and defense!

I love the way Cam is improving every game. He should have a green light from 3 the way he is shooting.
