I think you need a coordinator as a head coach in the game today...somebody who can coach players to do technique to match the system they designed and call plays for...Deion and Rhule aren't position coaches or coordinators and are just kind of a waste of resources when it comes to game day execution and weekly planning. And neither are amazing recruiters or program builders. That being said...I think if Deion was healthy he would be much more successful.

Will the Buffs be favored in any of their final 9 games? Seems doubtful. Prime likely won’t walk away from a paycheck should the season tank but I see him negotiating a buy out if the admin has the appetite for it. Which coordinator is the sacrificial lamb for this season? Looking forward to the upcoming drama in what could be his final weeks in Boulder.

Northwestern isn’t terrible, but Colorado gifted them most of their points with awful turnovers. The crown jewel was when Juju jogged out of bounds 2 yards short of the sticks, then the Buffs fumbled on the next play trying to pick up the first down.

While saying he dismissed players from the team he also mentioned, "I'm one the most loving and giving and forgiving men you could ever meet, but when you start [having] conduct detrimental to the team, you don't care about the team, you care about you, I have a problem with that."

Annoyed the crap out of me that he talks tough about "you care about you" while getting his son's number retired, having vlogers follow him around all over the place (for his own family's promotion), and he's made sure his gear is branded towards him.
