Absolutely. Great guard play will have to carry us. We need a solid combined stat line from Jelavic and Dioubate. Moreno is reliably good but not a game changer. Just can't have Garrison, Noah, or Jasper come in and tank us for 4 minute stretches. I don't expect to get Kam back or if we do only for very short stints, but if he can give us another option for games where Jasper or Noah are off, all the better.

Moreno could be a game changer with rebounding, and passing, if he would face up more and see the floor. Garrison is trying to, but a little slow seeing it right when it's there. There is only a split second between a good pass, and a great one.

After looking up the stats, James Young apparently averaged 14 ppg. I'm shocked to see that. I feel like he was always a let down in his time with Cal.

Yeah I was surprised about that too. Chandler I think is around 11. Those games early where he didn’t play very much really hurt his ppg. I’d say he would be close to that 14. James Toung was actually pretty clutch in that tournament run. Aaron gets a ton of credit, but Young hit some huge ones too.

You misunderstand.

Chandler is better than Young. I was saying that's why we laughed at it. The comparison is a slight to Chandler. Young was never anything good here outside of a few shining moments.
My mistake then.. I read it wrong.
I think they are about the same though. Young was more athletic and a better rebounder.

Chandler has really turned it on during conference play, and I’m super excited that he will be a MAJOR key returnee next season as well!

Him, along with Moreno, Jelavic, and Williams (if he wants another go), will be a solid quartet to build around. Try to keep JJ, Hawthorne, and Potter as depth pieces, and blow the rest up and start by adding 2 stud PGs, and another at the 4, and the rest is gravy.

He a really good shooter , a great athlete , and pressure doesnt hurt his game. He does some stupid **** and not the grestest defender but along with Oweh and DA2 hes in our current top 3.

If he's the teams star next year then were not a very good team. I like Chandler but imo hes a Robin not a batman.

I agree with what you.

Howevr, if Chandler would be improve his handle so he could attack the paint better…that, combined with his shooting and athletic ability, he would be lethal.

He could also add the Antonio Reeves floater, but that would be possible if he improved the handle

I'd love to see your highlight reel.
