Canned Coke for sure. Coke in a bottle tastes weird to me. Bottled Pepsi over bottled Coke. Coke from Mexico (not the white stuff) is best.

Coke taste so different at every restaurant. Best at Mc Donald's. Burger King Coke is bad. Many local eateries I've been to around the country, their fountain Coke is awful. Taco Bell Pepsi is pretty bad, too.

Yes, I'm admitting to frequenting those types of places. Oh, I also don't bench 400lbs or squat 500lbs. Can clean with the best of them. (Dog crap).

Dr. Pepper for me if I am drinking pop, but I am not. I like the taste, but I just feel better when I don't drink it. Maybe the reason Coke tastes different at different restaurants (and this does not fully explain it) is because I am told my a friend who has a high level job with the local distributor of Pepsi, Dr Pepper and 7 Up that the major chains buy directly from the national companies and don't buy from the local distributors

You can damn near get a 32oz from McDonald’s for cheaper than a can these days. I rarely drink soda, but if I do it’s a Dr. Pepper from McDonald’s.

The reason Coke or Pepsi taste different in different restaurants is because of the water used to mix tastes different. They basically mix carbonated tap water with syrup to make the pop. The reason all McDonalds taste the same is because every McDonalds uses the same water purification system to ensure every restaurant tastes the same.
