I really thought after Flynn's success at Edinboro, he would make.more of a splash at WVI don’t care who you are, you gotta respect guys like Mark Branch, Tim Flynn and Doug Schwab. They consistently find overlooked guys and develop them into NQs or AAs
Boro should have an opening soon with Schoop moving on he's gonna focus on his club .I really thought after Flynn's success at Edinboro, he would make.more of a splash at WV
That's gonna require a lot of legwork from someone, I think. My first instinct for one was Tom Brands based on his flaming success at Virginia Tech.I've seen it written that Dresser is 1 of 6 coaches to win team trophies at two different schools. Douglas, Sanderson and Dresser, who are the other three?

My late father-in-law was a student at Lehigh and attended the 1948 championships which were held at Taylor Gymnasium (which just boggles my mind). He, obviously, saw Bill Koll win in 1948. But he was more disappointed that tiny Cornell College (of Iowa) which won the team title in 1947 did not attend the 1948 event. Interesting tidbit - Gerry Leeman, who later was a standout coach at Lehigh, was a college teammate of Koll and was OW at the 1946 championships, perhaps preventing Koll from being a 3 time OW (in 3 years of competition).Coach Koll at whatever Northern Iowa was named at the time and then Penn State.
He actually likes the coaching part. However, most of his time was spent on the phone as chief recruiter.Bobby T doesn't like tough coaching.
I believe at Cornell it's referred to as the rebuttal brickInstantly placed in charge of the challenge brick?

Minoe just tweeted "another Hawkeye great may be headed to Ames". If it's Lee I will never stop laughing. What are the chances it's Mike Macc? Sounded like he was accepting a job a couple weeks ago...
What makes a Hawkeye great, relatively speaking?Minoe just tweeted "another Hawkeye great may be headed to Ames" if it's Lee I will never stop laughing.
Id say at least one title or a 4× High AA would count. What makes a Hawkeye great, relatively speaking?
What community colleges are nearby?Minoe just tweeted "another Hawkeye great may be headed to Ames". If it's Lee I will never stop laughing.
Sorenson - he's been working the HWC a while. Surely has a mature perspective.Id say at least one title or a 4× High AA would count.

This doesn't rule out Downey or Ford Focus.Minoe just tweeted "another Hawkeye great may be headed to Ames". If it's Lee I will never stop laughing.
Could be wrong about this but IIRC he's ineligible to be on a coaching staff until his USADA suspension expires (late Nov 2026).Gilman?
