I’ve never heard of that before. Position coaches recruit until they aren’t a position coach any longer.

I am not advocating for all coaches to be terminated, so I am clear.

But realistically, don't you think all of the coaches are feeling the hot seat warmth?

even if the coaches know they will get fired they still have to perform the job to get the buyout.

That's because he actually was connected with a couple of staff members most notably Jamrog when he was still at NU. Whether you liked him or not he did at times drop some information that nobody else on here had.
