SVP asked him how he was going to celebrate the win with his family. Coach O said “We gonna probably go get ourselves a ham sammich and maybe some boudin.” You can’t help but like him.

He always says they are representing The Great State of Louisiana. This is how you claim dominance in athletics and education of your state in a respectful, non douchebag way. Not a continual mention that you are “The Flagship” and the only people who believe it are the rest of your douchebag fan base.

Makes a big difference when you are the only Power 5 team in a state especially when that state is full of football talent like Louisiana. Arkansas is in a similar situation but just doesn't have the same talent pool to draw from. I bet Tulane has to be kicking themselves every day for leaving the SEC.
