Should be a good one....last year was a hard fought game in Clover that went to overtime with Huss coming up short as they were stopped going for two...Im sure those Huskies have salivated on the thought of getting another crack at the Blue Eagles in Huskie Stadium...Gaston County game of the week...hopefilly will be as exciting as last year...

The School was named for GC schools superintendent W. Hunter Huss in 62...No separate individual dedication of the Stadium so Hunter Huss Stadium or "Huskie" Stadium would be correct...doghouse is a good nickname..much like the ranch....Chargers visit on 10/12

Ah well I know several eyes are on the huskies. They can be a dangerous team

Man this should be a good one. Looking forward to seeing the result of this one. I heard from a friend with a kid that plays at Foreatview that Clover took a couple cheap shots late in their game. I remember several dirty plays by the huskies last year in their game against KM. I can see this one getting chippy. Tons of talented kids on the field for this one.

Another exciting overtime.....Huss had dominant defense...those boys get after it...but i wish i had a dollar for every false start penaly....i could take the family to outback....they have got to get a grip on those flags if they want to contend for the conference....Clover aired it out mostly and were effective chipping and dinking with the small stuff... they played hard......Huss scored first in o.t. and converted pat.....Huss then intercepted Clover in endzone on their second play....21-14......was a good one..

Sounds like it was a barn burner. I saw Ashbrook won too. This should be a fun and more balanced conference this year. KM looks to be the strongest, but I would not be surprised if there is a three way tie this year for conference
