Isn't the North endzone set up so another couple of sections can be added as bookends to the current second deck? I believe so. I don't really believe the stadium ever has to be bowled in, just make the endzone building and locker room first class.

Yes. The standing areas on either side of the Scoreboard Club seating were poured like the seating area of the State Level Club that is just below the Scoreboard Club. The drink rail where the shadow people are standing in the photo is where seats would go for a future enclosed club level.

I've never been a fan of the new Jumbotron on the South end zone. One is plenty. When expansion/renovation occurs, one should to stay, and the other needs be torn down and replaced with smaller screens that are less gaudy.

I feel like the main point of the massive screens are to show off for recruits. Something about the idea of you being plastered all over them could be appealing to high schoolers worried about self image.

Look closely at the concept drawing that's posted in this thread and you'll see that the big boards are gone and there are smaller ones in each corner. Alabama has those, and they're actually pretty hard to see, or at least tell what's happening ... they're too small.

I must be the only person on here that thinks the video quality of the south endzone board is much better than then one in the north. Maybe it's just my vantage point, but the north one looks like it's stretched horizontally and the colors sort of bleed together. The one on the sound end is very good HD.

The new board definitely has a better video quality than the east board, but there should only be one of that size.

I think we'll see a gridiron club w/player entrance similar to Cowboys Stadium when we ever rebuild the south endzone. Also, wouldn't be surprised to see the press box moved to the corner in a new structure in south endzone, and redo the chairback sections on west side into club and loge boxes.... any new upgrades to DWS will be premium seating and very little bleachers.

That wouldn't really be the most cost effective thing though. If you build a 4' high steel platform on the backside of each section, boom.....double decker cabanas!
