Sounds like he's a perfect fit for our style if play lol.
They should have brought him to the RFund event. I would have personally led a cheer. (Not kidding)

Interesting tweet

Kind of a d*ck move at the end #1 tossing ball at opponent.

Wish the teammate didn’t catch it. 1 might have caught one in the head.

I was there as well. I know Baker, Harper Doucoure, Brooks and Downes were all there plus several of our managers and quite a few members of the Riot Squad and all four of our coaches. Corey Floyd is very good and is only a soph. Cliff had at least four blocks and quite a few rebounds but The Patrick School have many big guys and he was the only one on RC. Sonogo on The Patrick school is big and strong and is only a junior but looks like a real man. Cliff only made one foul shot and missed a few tonight. Usually when i saw him he has been about 70% on foul shots. I think he was about one for four or five from the field as he was often doubled. The Wilcher kid for RC who is going to Xavier did not play. I have no idea why.

Wilcher has missed the last three games with an injury but I had thought he was going to play tonight.

Impressive showing by the RU staff.

Teams are only allowed 7 evaluations per recruit during the recruiting calendar year (170 days). Per the NCAA's f*cked up math, four coaches at the same HS game counts as four evaluations and four recruiting days.

Unless it is a tournament or multi team event. In that case I believe that the math is different.

When they say cliff is raw offensively, they are not kidding. Lot of work to do. But he has great athleticism and a frame that will let him put on good weight. He was bad offensively tonight with 2 points. Missed all but the one shot which was a one handed dunk from under the basket and he missed probably 10 out of 10 free throws.

noah Farrakhan is a really nice player who can do it all, including defend. Hoping Pike is after him if there’s room. Floyd is absolutely great. He should have the ball in his hands more for the RC offense.

Very ugly game tonight. Not very well played by either team.

Farrakhan is a real good player and the Patrick School is bigger than most college teams. Cliff's upside is really high. It was great to talk to our coaches at halftime.

Best of Luck,
Groz

I wonder if the rules are different because the game was played during Cliff's official visit and RU took advantage of it?

nj.com writeup of the game. Cliff only had 3 points. Sounds like there are some very good players on these teams.

This has all the markings of Lance Thomas part II... short of paying $$$$ Rutgers and Pikiell’s staff have done just about all they can at this point... making the Dance would also help at this point but we are still behind with Cliff in IMHO... another great job by the team itself for showing just how much this player is wanted...
