I wish you guys could get your running back at SP back though just to agitate those guys lol. I love seeing the rise of a new power in Gaston to shake up that old guard. Cramer has definitely closed the gap on SP and Ashbrook. I would definitely love to see you guys play both teams. SP is still #1 in Gaston County but you guys and Ashbrook are battling it out for #2.Sounds like you got things moving in the right direction. Please take it easy on a 4A team in the jamboree on August 14th.

Like I said about MOST Crest fans, very thin skinned lol. Y’all can beat your chest about your team but as soon as someone mentions their OWN team than some of you Crest fans here get on your menstrual cycles smh. I never mentioned Crest in my post. When I know any of the other county good will be really good I give them props early and when I know KM will be really good than I definitely speak on that. We have 3 months and a lot can change between now and August in the county but on paper we should be pretty strong.

Again your thin skinned insecurities popping up. Pull your green and yellow mini skirt down. We lost to more than just Crest. For the record I do not say the same things every year. The year before last I predicted we would beat Crest because we were better 1-22 and we won at Crest as I predicted. Last year we lost five starters to transfer just prior to the season and I stated I wanted us to at least get a couple of rounds in the playoffs to give our young guys experience which we did. I knew we didn’t have enough depth last season and then we got a ton of guys injured halfway through the season that really impacted us. We were down 8 or 9 starters going into the Crest game so I knew we were in for it. Every year some of you predict KM to go 0-3 in the county when in reality KM has the best county head to head record the last ten seasons. We have also won at Crest the last two times we played there so yes I do like our odds this season at Sid Bryson. Especially when you consider what Crest lost to graduation and what we have returning. We respect Crest but we not bowing down. Crest will have three dogfights in the County starting with Burns. Hopefully the game with us is for the Big South title. And yeah we owe ya’ll one.

Not sure why you think Crest will struggle this year. They have I think 7 starters back on defense and at least 5 on offense and have an awesome coaching staff. Congrats on doing well the last ten years in the county. How are those records before that?

Was talking to one of your returning starters dads this week, and he said you guys might not be as good as last year (very understandable with how strong you were) but still very good. I don’t think anyone ever underestimates Crest and if they do you guys have done a tremendous job of proving those people wrong.
Stormsurge, I definitely agree with that. That team last year was special and it will be hard to duplicate their success, but I have a feeling Crest will be around deep into the playoffs this year as well.
Never said Crest would struggle but I don’t see them reaching the ceiling of last year’s team which doesn’t mean that the Chargers will not be good. Crest is Crest, we all know the Charger fanbase expectations. Crest do return some players but you lost some absolute dogs to graduation. Last season Crest returned around 18 starters with a FBS qb and dang near a FBS secondary. Not saying that it can’t happen but those guys will be hard to impossible to replace.
