That’s Ron Washington, former Rangers manager. I too thought it was Claudell when I saw him at a Braves game last summer. I haven’t followed MLB closely since I was a kid but I loved that Butler-Murphy-Washington outfield for the Braves back in the day. Claudell had some pop in his bat and also once hit a foul ball that was caught by a young Chicagoan by the name of Ferris Bueller. Kid was supposed to have been in gym class at the time, however he was not the type of guy to play by the rules.

I laugh....yes, haven't kept up with MLB in yrs like you smurph and forgot about Ferris Bueller too. Watched my 1st Braves game tonight in several years because Austin Riley has been called up. Struggled early but came through late for them tonight.

Not a Braves fan ( Go Cards) but lived there for7 years during their NL run of championships.
More of a fan now since 27 has been called up.
Would love to see a Cards/Braves NLCS this year tho.
Don’t think the Cardinals have the pitching or hitting to get it done this year again but would not surprise me at all to see the Braves make a deep run.

Man how fun has it been to watch Riley? I watched him several times in high school, including going up against Mangum when Prep played up here in 2015. Strolling to the batters box, he was foamin at the mouth. Certainly not feelin weak, if you smell what I’m stepping in. Anyway, I know it won’t last but the guy has been on fire since his first day with the big club. I’d love to see him have a great mlb career.

He looks very promising. Gonna have to get strike outs under control and walk a little more, but I think he will
