Class gets national attention

I hope most fans see this. Excited is way too strong a word, but it is something.
How is this National Attention?? It NJ.com interviewing a guy from CBS Sports who is a recruiting analyst
Yeah, not excitement but more like a kind of relief/hopefulness. A month ago I wondered how we would even fill the class and though we were heading for recruiting disaster. This isn't disaster. It's a sort of typical Rutgers class full of 3 stars. We can work with that with the right coaching and a little luck.
Encouraging comments on QB recruit. Assuming we'll need to move Lewis back to QB next year for depth.
It is important to note that Lemming's comments on improvement were before the positive surprises we have had today.
NJ.com needs to update this and get more comments from Lemming reflecting all signees. Comments and article were prior to Young, Adams, and maybe others.
lemming is a very well known NATIONAL recruiting expert-- you being a traditional negatoid , I can understand your need to ignore reality--listen to xm sports ,by the way another national show, he's on all the time commenting--but you can believe what you want, it's meaningless

I don’t disagree with anything he said and I’ve been preaching patients all year when most here were in melt down and disgraceful behavior. Saying things that just were not true like Ash lost the team, we’ll lose our recruits, blah blah blah. Problem is everyone jumps on board with a few bad fans (who now root for another BIg team or is offiicllay back?) .
Ash never lost the team and the younger kids like him. Listen to what the kids are saying. Believe RUnwill turn it around and that’s after 1-11. What do you think he can do once we start winnng. And we will. Stop panicking and following losing attitudes .
Might want to stop betting on (or against LOL) RU as well which causes frustration.
Kids deserve our support. Working hard.

I was thinking this class would be similar to Shea's last one. He was under an edict from Mulcahy to accept only qualifiers at the time and we wound up beating out Stony Brook for a bunch of recruits.
Correct. Now that you got some better players to come here, maybe the fun starts too. Still hard work ahead, but things are looking up.

National news or not, we did better than I or most thought. I think Ash needs to do better or he's outta here but this is a step in the right direction. I mean it could have been much worse but we got some decent talent in the end. Will it be enough, who really knows but getting someone like Young in the fold is a good step forward. And we know Ash has many miles to go.
On this board it does. They are either attention whores or are incredibly stupid. In this case I'm guessing both as he has doubled down several times on the national attention thread quote.
As I said, great story, great info. And Ash can be happy about it. But in anyway it isnt it a national story
Speaking of Louisville...according to TOS, their national recruiting rank is #129. Satterfield sure has his work cut out for him.
