Class D2

I was looking at the boy's powerpoints and was surprised by D2. There are 55 teams and only 15 have records above .500. The girls was close to the same with only 18 above .500. Obviously D2 as a whole will usually have the worst records overall of any class because of playing up against larger schools but doesn't this seem unusually poor this year? Or is it always about this mark?

I believe that’s unusually low. 2 or 3 years ago there were some depth in D2 as I recall. What’s even more alarming is that 12 schools have 2 wins or less
