Yes your tweet proves what I’m saying.

“There’s a real CHANCE”

The horror of the president of the USA being positive during such trying times. It reminds me of a campaign slogan “HOPE and change”.

Real chance of being one of the biggest game changers in the history of medicine is a hyperbolic message that serves no good and was and is still is based on nothing that remotely supports that being a possibility. Boot lickers are just going to hang on to it to hope their boy looks like a genius. Haters are just going to use it over and over to make the guy look like an idiot. Yet another wedge topic bc he can't shut his damn mouth.

He needs to just 17ing lead and quit trying to look like a hard *** or the smartest guy in the room. He's neither. But people listen to him and his words matter. He should act like an adult and say adult things and leave the hot takes for Twitter, comment sections, and talk radio.

Giving people hope is leading you dumb 17.

He can’t say **** without the media twisting his words or misrepresenting them.

Not it's not and you wouldn't think so for anyone other than Trump.

Leaders should shoot straight, and it's funny how Trump supporters usually claim he does that unless it's more convenient to say he doesn't.

And Obama couldn't wear a bicycle helmet without media calling him a *****

Works both ways. You can 17 right off with this conservative victim attitude. It's very snowflake of you.

Hope would be a statement like "we are searching high and low for treatments, including existing malaria drugs which may show some promise in a hospital setting. If they work, we will get them in the right hands as fast as possible". How hard is that?

Instead, Kushner talks to his Silicon Valley friends who sell him on this being the next great thing. Instead of delivering a sane message in uncertain and tense times, Trump pulls out the real chance that this could be one of this biggest game changers in the history of medicine. That's not hope, that's a con. Trump is the leader of the free world and people are scared and dying from a disease we have little treatment for. He's not selling apartments, vodka, or ****** degrees where hype is appropriate. His task is provide leadership and get everyone pulling in the same direction. It's time for him to act like a mature adult and quit with the unsubstantiated hype.

For the first time in his life, Trump must lead to fix a problem that he can't make go away with a lawsuit. He must stop selling, quit whining, and lead his nation. His base should stop crying after every time someone says a mean thing about him and demand that he set this country in a direction that can manage this virus instead of allowing him to continue taking the "it will just disappear" head in sand approach that he's embraced to date. It's obvious now that there is no magic pill and it's not going to vanish any time soon.
