Really just depends on your interpretation of close game I guess

If you have a 20 point lead with 10 mins remaining and you win by 3........well the score isn't really indicative as it wasn't a close game.
If you have a 20 point deficit and you cut into it.........same thing.

But the reverse can happen as well......teams behind play the foul game late and if the other team is hitting their free throws, a game that was back and forth could suddenly balloon to 10-15.

So u can't just look at score.

Truthfully, though I hated losing to Ohio St, losing that game likely guarantees we beat Louisville. Part of our issue has been coming out flat and not focused. There is no chance the Cats do that Saturday. Mathiang being out hurts them significantly because that's the area where UK is weakest. The fact that the Cats have had multiple games against good competition rather than one game will help UK too. The fact it's a game played in Rupp will help our young players, which is pretty much the entire team.

We will definitely see their match up zone.

The UL zone is not has good as past years so UK will get some open looks. Mich St shot the 3 really well in the second half because of zone mistakes but Mish St has 2 really good 3 point shooters. The real question is will UK hit the shots when open. If Murray shoots like he did Saturday then that gives the Cats a big lift. With that said I expect UL to play moistly zone. Maybe throw in a few man looks to try to confuse a young team.

As I posted on another thread UL has only played 1 game away from home and lost. We have played 4 games away from home and lost 2

2 things. Cats will shoot it well in Rupp and Onuaku will likely sit with foul trouble = Cats win by 7. Should be another good game though.
