What is the guy on ESPN talking about that we need to win just to get on the bubble? Bubble of what? NAIA tournament?

Magnay looked good in the first half. Henderson shot well from 3 point range. That's all I got.

Ball security has to be the number one focus over the summer. You can't have 10 first half turnovers when you aren't even up against an aggressive defense.

You'd think with teams extending out on our guards we'd try to cut every now and then

Henderson isn't quite what we need athletically but he never plays scared. Wish the other guys had his confidence

I agree, & not just our guards. Half our first half turnovers were big men. Haith's offense requires everyone to be good ballhandlers. We need much better guard play, but also better ball handling & passing from all players.

Nice adjustment by Haith in getting Etou in the high post between the 2-3 zone. Not sure why we didn't start the game that way. Now there's a Cincy player in his hip pocket every time and we have space outside.

We have played ok but Cinci is shooting lights out. They are just a lot better. Not sure how we nearly beat them.

We are sooo slow closing out. They just wait for us to get there and just slide around us and take to the hole. We do make good matadors though.

Nice pass by Henderson to the...ref. Glad Cocaine blew the dunk-up though. That'll be a SC Not Top 10

I think we're actually playing a little better D in the 2nd half, Cincy just keeps hitting shots.

Ugly and gross but outside of that it's terrible.
Glad this is the last game.

I hope some guys get better over the off-season and the new guys are as good as we hope.

If we can just cut their lead to 9 with 3 minutes to go we will have a chance!

That was Magney. Best hustle I've seen from a TU player this year. I was just worried about his shoulder.

I'm encouraged that we're still playing hard this half, diving on the floor for lose balls, etc.
Right. They are just much better. I hate losing from lack of effort.

I also hate losing from careless turnovers. Unfortunately we fail on that front.

I hope Joiner and Jackson are good because we're going to be pretty good inside with Igbanu and Magnay. If the incoming guards play like we hope we'll have a good foundation.

Sad about the loss, not surprised. Cinci is better and I hope they go far in the NCAA tourney. Have to thank Birt for 2 good years. That said looking forward to replacing his minutes- just couldn't score the way we need him to- was hoping he would catch fire at some point, but never did. Here's to a spring of regaining health and an off season to refresh and get better.

To get back to the dance and compete at the top of the AAC, we need the same type players that Cincy and SMU have. That is the only difference and something English,Seals, Felton, and Haith will have to address.
