Yeah Sparty knows we are inept throwing the ball and it's getting just outright painful. I just don't know if this is the moment for this cnange. I wish we had given Purdy some snaps in prior games.

I’ve never been impressed with Purdy here. Ever. Not sure why our fans think he’s gonna come in cold, during a big ten road game and save the day

Love the effort from HH, but he is just awful in the passing game and I am not willing to chalk that up to a lack of experience. Hope we can somehow find a way to gut out this win. Sparty is not good.

Worse than what we've seen today? Come on. He has one snap this season. HH seems to be getting worse as the season progresses. I don't know why but maybe it would help refocus him to take a seat.

Some will have you think we can't play a backup anymore. I think it's BS personally. I wasn't mad when they played a backup last week and I wouldn't have been upset if they had played one today. To just sit and watch inadequate play is crazy to me. I know people love the kid and I've actually grown to like him myself bit at some point give someone else a shot. Sims stinks? OK let's see what Purdy has.

Love HH’s effort and heart. But he’s not getting better. Open receivers, bad decisions. Hit the portal and find a QB. We needed this one, and a decent QB wins this by 2 scores.

Funny thing is before the year most people thought that was HH. I'm not even saying you are wrong but I think he deserves or deserved a shot.

How could Purdy possibly be any worse than what we saw today out of HH? And HH did not have a good game last week either.

On the other hand, maybe Purdy is worse than HH. Yikes.

I thought HH was better earlier in the year. He seems to be getting panicky and eating sacks and is just missing on throws badly.
The OL was good enough the running game is pretty good, the TEs are above average, and the WRs are young, but seem talented. Some of the decisions by HH today were on par with Sims in the first two games. He threw into double coverage with players wide open and ate sacks that didn't need to happen.
