Do you still try to figure out what you are getting ahead of time? Or have you actually grown up and are now comfortable just waiting?

I'm pretty certain this is by far you're only solid post.I have it on good authority Santa is bringing all the good boy adults a 6 pack of Busch latte.
Over the years with my grandchildren, I've cornered the market on Super Hero pajama bottoms. And one pair of Texas Hole 'Em.I never get what I really want…..it wouldn’t be wrapped. I keep getting shirts![]()
Yep, we have our little guys coming in from Texas next week thru New Year's.I enjoy the giving and the wrapping more than the getting. Just glad to have kids and grandkids home for the holidays for a few days
I don’t know that I have gotten a present in years now, but it’s a fun time and now my kids are older and this is the first year without Santa Claus so I am going to enjoy the heck out of it.
No more hiding the presents, sneaking out in the middle of the night to put the presents under the tree, etc
We do stockings too. Wish I had a fireplaceBoo... my kids are old enough to not believe in Santa, but I still fill them a stocking and hold back a couple of really nice gifts from "santa".

When I was growing up, my Mom always said Christman, birthdays, etc were just another day. I never had a Christmas tree in the house until I was 23 and married. So yes, all those magical things about Christmas were going to be a big part of my children and grandchildren's life when I got older.Boo... my kids are old enough to not believe in Santa, but I still fill them a stocking and hold back a couple of really nice gifts from "santa".
I’ve figured out what I really want…a Gibson Custom Shop 1959 Les Paul (preferably Cherry Burst and lots a flame in the Maple top).Do you still try to figure out what you are getting ahead of time? Or have you actually grown up and are now comfortable just waiting?
I do it all the time, I love my wife but her choice in gifts is questionable at timesI buy my self Christmas presents.
With my wife's passing, I'm not on the receiving end and vice versa. So, why not get what I want?I do it all the time, I love my wife but her choice in gifts is questionable at times
Indeed. Though if Santa really is truly always watching me, he would probably tell me to stop drinking.I'm pretty certain this is by far you're only solid post.
