For starters, he's never coached FBS football. He inherited a program that won 3 consecutive national championships - even Mike Riley would probably be 48-6 there. Remember that Riley won a Grey Cup.

Craig Bohl, who actually built that program, is 20-27 as a head coach in the Mountain West Conference.
