Last night on his weekly radio show Mike Riley said they were on commitment watch and knew they were getting one today. The mods on the NU board say "this ones over, expect him N today". He has a former IMG teammate at NU that he is close too. TIFWIW.
From what I'm gathering on the NU board his mom is very pro NU. Chris liked the sports science lab stuff that must be something he wants to study. i personally have no clue where he is leaning. Just sharing what's being talked about from NU's side.
Yeah, those crystal balls can be a crapshoot. Sorry you lost an OL, but we need any kind of bad news for you guys and some kind of good news for us. You guys have some pretty good targets to fill in the loss.
The biggest issue with crystal ball is guys don't update their picks. The Rutgers Predictions were all done back on 2/3/17. If you ask those guys today they may be different. All the Nebraska picks were from today and the Penn State one was on 3/30/17. I think it will be Nebraska because the kid has visited and flirted with other schools and it wasn't until the Nebraska till he decommitted.

We so need to focus on o-line recruiting and development. Athletes here are a dime a dozen in this great metropolitan area. Let the Iowa's and Nebraska's cater to the prima donnas and let Rutgers Grant the king's Ransom to the hog mollies.
What's interesting is if he is pro sports science Rutgers is building a state of the art athletic facility with the most advanced parter programs for physical therapy research in college sports with one of the most prestigious companies in the country. So, if he commits to NU, let's say it's for what it is - he likes the football better. Because if he wants sports science connections post college this is the area he wants to be in not Nebraska.
The bridge is burned to PSU. I think they move along onto their next 4* prospect who is waiting in line. Hopefully the family ties to RU and the closer proximity to his home town will have him in Scarlet in 2018.

Social media has really changed the recruiting dynamic. It was fun to follow when everything was kind of at a distance. Now it just feels creepy and invasive. It's also hard to take anything seriously till signing day.
Sounds like this guy, David Alwine, (who probably has absolutely no life and also probably resides in his mother's basement), could use some professional help. Then again, as with many members of The Cult, I doubt it would do any good. -His fellow PSU'ers, however, must be proud his display of "class".
Props to Chris Bleich, though, for acting like a rational adult in his responses. Sounds like he'd be a great addition to any team, whether that ends up being RU or not.

Absolutely false statement. Most fans hate when other fans slam recruits like that. First it's ridiculous to treat someone like that for choosing a different school. And second it looks bad for reasonable fans. I posted this before but any chance to to reinforce the message. Originally tweeted by @BellyoftheBeast
