I am going to be happy after this is all settled. I just hope I am really, really, really happy.
In other words, Kelly's agreement with Florida is not really an agreement at all.

nice quandary.
ucla = great location - for u.name.it. but it seems to be a trap job. no ones had sustained success.
fl = great location - for many of same reasons. but its not so cal and expectations somewhat unrealistic?
